Lead program change to deliver improved outcomes, higher patient satisfaction, and lower costs.

April 26-27  ||  Embassy Suites Downtown Magnificent Mile  ||   Chicago, IL

The effective management of today’s patient journeys across the episode of care requires an entirely new set of knowledge and skills.

Value-based payment models are driving the transformation to integrated care delivery, with hospitals responsible for managing patient care across an entire episode, even though much of the patient’s experience happens outside the hospital. Additionally, consumer expectations for convenience and participation in their own healthcare experiences are catalyzing innovations that help improve outcomes, satisfaction, and efficiency.

The Orthopedic Coordinator for TJR workshop is a rigorous, interactive, and engaging professional development opportunity for nurse navigators and other clinical staff in orthopedic programs that will equip you for success now and long into the future.

Orthopedic coordinators/navigators are invited to join their peers for one and a half days of hands-on training you can immediately implement.

This Workshop is being offered concurrently with the Musculoskeletal Leadership Summit, with opportunities for networking during meals, breaks, and reception. Bring your team!
