April 26-27 || Embassy Suites Downtown Magnificent Mile || Chicago, IL

Musculoskeletal service line leaders are under immense pressure to transform their programs and processes in response to major converging forces:  payor-driven value-based payment models and the increasing expectations of healthcare consumers for greater convenience, ease, and value.

Join orthopedic and spine thought leaders from across the country as they share their experiences, lessons learned, and best practices for delivering value in engaging, interactive sessions.

“This April in Chicago will be my third time attending the Musculoskeletal Leadership Summit. Each time I attend, I bring home a wealth of knowledge. I have incorporated what I have learned about rapid recovery models, outreach for my Sports Medicine Program, and “provider report cards” to help improve our patient satisfaction scores.

One of the best things about the Summit is the networking opportunity. Last fall, my Total Joint Coordinator attended with me and now has a network of people she can access for ongoing discussions and brainstorming. I appreciate the opportunity to hear about successes and improvement opportunities with professionals committed to the same goals as me!”

— Sarah DiFabio, United Health Services Hospitals

The Summit is being offered concurrently with the Orthopedic Coordinator for TJR Workshop, with opportunities for networking during meals, breaks, and reception. Bring your team!

“The Musculoskeletal Leadership Summit has always been one of my favorite events as a senior leader in healthcare management. The smaller group of attendees allows for interaction during the presentations and ample opportunities for networking. I also love the fact that the attendees are so diverse–from physicians and clinical managers to administrators–and offer opinions from differing points of view. The Summit and its organization are always perfect in terms of location, hotels,  meals, and topics. Fresh new ideas are always presented. I always learn something new and leave with many valuable takeaways no matter how many times I attend.”

— Bill Munley, Administrator, Shriners Hospital for Children

“I have attended the Musculoskeletal Leadership Summit twice. The connections that I have made with others in my role as Musculoskeletal Service Line Director have been invaluable. I’ve only been in this particular role for two years and had to quickly develop the service line while also jumping in head first to CJR. The relationships that I have made and the resources available at the Summits have prevented me from making costly errors and from having to reinvent the wheel.”

— Sarah Mondano, Indian River Medical Center, 2018 Summit Speaker
